Even if your device is listed below, please ensure it meets the following conditions:

• Network Unlocked: Your device must be Carrier-Unlocked. Devices locked to a specific network cannot add external eSIMs.
• Apple Devices: iPhones produced for Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao (models CH/A, ZA/A) feature dual physical SIMs and do not have an eSIM chip. (Exceptions: iPhone 13 mini, 12 mini, SE 2020/2022, and XS from HK/Macao do support eSIM).
• Samsung Devices: The Galaxy S20 FE and S21 FE do not support eSIM. Additionally, Samsung devices purchased in the US, South Korea, or Taiwan may have eSIM functionality restricted by the original carrier.
